21 Kitchen Help! I don't really know what a hyphen means in bars and there wasn't a tool that could help with the pinch (as in bars). I think it's an interesting way to add an instrument to your kit. Is it helpful yes When you read recipes from mom to pro chefs, the measurements really differ... Someone asked me if it's dishwasher safe. In the past I've washed some of my good kitchen utensils, well, a bit sloppily, and most of them have lost their coating. After that I learned my lesson and don't put anything down when it's so overcast. I don't really know what the end result might be, but I won't risk it. My previous set of measures didn't have all of the options that this set offers. Any cup size, teaspoon, whatever. Love the fact that they aren't that thick or huge so I can easily reach my spice jars etc. I like it. I think it's so pretty in black too. I have to say I haven't had this set for a long time but so far so good. Very happy with it. If I need to update my review I'll come back and let you know what's up. So far I think it's great!
