Giant Schnauzer. stubborn but got it now. The product works great overall. However. "free hands" - is not free hands. You have to wear a bulky main controller and a "bracelet" on your arm/hand. Doesn't fit well in my hand in my opinion. We use our hands all day. The "bracelet" is made of rubber. Worn in a week, looks pretty rough. I just haven't had time to create a replacement yet, maybe paracord or something. Definitely not this. I still use this item the most because in some cases you really need the element of surprise, INSTANT discipline, a hard "NO!" and zap all at once. Connects no to zap. it works. But. Having that big, bulky hand pad hanging around my neck all day is VERY annoying. I want a smaller, streamlined version that's less noticeable and less heavy. Overall it was REALLY successful, would have bought another one if the design was better. After 2 months the dog no longer wears it too often, he has learned verbal and manual signals and has improved significantly. Worth the money to buy the quality.
