I like the way it makes it very easy to track down problems. I also like the way it makes it easy to communicate with customers. It makes it super easy to send out mass emails to a group of people and have that email to be sent to everyone. It's not as easy to see who is responding to the email and when they are responding. Also sometimes you have to refresh the page to see your email in your box. It's a great product and the price is great. We were able to monitor all of our devices and give our customers the ability to communicate with us with a few clicks. I like that it allows me as an admin of multiple workstations/devices at different locations in our organization see exactly what my users are doing when they're using those machines remotely from home or some other location away form where we have offices / data centers etc.. It has made monitoring easier because if someone uses their pc while not working then there will be problems but now i know who used which device how long did he spend online ect...
