While this remote looks exactly like the original and is listed for my particular set, it's quite controversial as it didn't work. New Energizer batteries were installed when used. The only feature on the whole remote that was responsive was the SD card menu. Nothing else worked, no ON/OFF, no volume, no channel, nothing. It's pretty much pointless going through a hassle and asking for a replacement when (in my experience) 9 times out of 10 the replacement isn't better. So I asked for a refund instead. Revain really needs to review the products being sold through their website. In recent years, my return rate has steadily increased as more and more scrap gets into the system. The problem used to be the delivery time, now it's the quality. No matter how cheap the price is, you still deserve the item listed and in brand new condition. It's a hassle to repackage and return the product and then start the buying process all over again. It also becomes very difficult to trust comments, whether they are a confirmed purchase or not. I spend far more time reading reviews and deciding who to buy from than actually buying something. Shopping actually becomes a lot of work and not fun at all.
