I was looking for a monitor for an Xbox Series S and the G27Q was a perfect fit. The first 6 weeks or so were pretty good with this monitor. I had a crisp 1440p picture and an ultra high frame rate... Then a screen glitch appeared in the middle of the screen (purple spots). I contacted Gigabyte and was told I would have to pay shipping to California for repairs. I reluctantly spent $50 to ship it and it arrived at their service center a few days later. Then Gigabyte took 2 FULL MONTHS to fix the monitor. Their customer service was practically non-existent. They had constant problems with their online returns portal. When I finally got the monitor back, it was damaged in transit. I've spent the last 2 weeks trying to solve this problem with Gigabyte's terrible customer support. I strongly recommend going with another brand despite previous positive experiences with this monitor. Turning to Gigabyte for technical issues just isn't worth the risk.
