Review on Qmatic Orchestra by Jake Pavelko

The most amazing thing about Qmatic Orchestra is that it is available in two versions, one for the cloud and the other for on-premise. It is highly scalable and has several integrations that help it to integrate with other products. It is a very powerful and flexible tool that is quite easy to use. It is also very cost effective. I have not found any particular aspect of the software that I dislike. However, I do not use the chat feature as it is not very user-friendly. I have been able to integrate it with other applications and help to have a better dashboard of my data.
