You will need a Dremel to assemble.
Received mine and the top of the t-shirt didn't fit the bottom. It was wobbly, wobbly and felt wrong. I had to drill the inside of the base to assemble the tee. The processed plastic formed an edge that did not let him through. It's snug now, but considering I got it for a four-year-old, I'm not sure I'll have to adjust it much. Leg caps are not attached. So I might add some epoxy. I'd recommend looking for other options for the price you're paying for this thing.
