Works perfectly. I put 250psi in the rear shock and 100psi in the fork, it was easy. The thread end is well twisted. Some people complain that he's losing pressure, but it really isn't. The sound you hear is just a pump releasing air when unscrewed, nothing is from the impact. To test this, thread the pump lightly onto the shock until you can inflate it, but before it activates the shock, then inflate approximately where you installed it and finish screwing it in. It should be where you left it. If you don't pressurize the pump when testing, air will escape from the shock to compensate.
