Great idea that works.

This colander works great for me! I need the whole pantry in the closet, and it folds up and takes up very little space. When in use it holds a lot of food or whatever is inside. The only thing I would add is a spout like in a cast iron skillet for pouring pasta or something. In any case, it works fine. So far no problems. I've only used it 2 or 3 times.
