I've been using it for many years. I bought one and kept it in the box until I opened my shop. It's either broken or poorly assembled. Because I thought I could trust the product, I didn't try to make sure it worked. I didn't think I would have to treat the new thing as handmade and make sure it works. Well the 90 day return is over, I have an opening to deal with and no stencil maker. Now I have to whine to the manufacturer and get a new one, which will probably take a month. Hooray. Thank you for a crappy product that cost me the price of the machine as well as screen printing time. Even shouldn't call it paperweight.
