It is a great software for all the different aspects of a company. It is very user friendly and takes very little effort to learn. It is very easy to navigate and the support is great. I like that it has an easy interface, so you can navigate through the features with ease! The customer service could be better in some ways but overall they have been very helpful and attentive. You cannot customize everything but there are options available if your looking at more advanced solutions. For now this works great for our small business needs. We use it as an online time clock system to keep track of hours worked by employees.
