I was very skeptical reading the reviews but I always believe that the standards by which we are all judged will be different, some will be specific things keep in mind and ignore the general affirmation we seek. 1) Design - Exactly as pictured 2) Durability - what you would expect from a plastic case to protect your case, I find it the best case and I'm comfortable with it Not the intensity of Gorilla Glass (look for a thicker plastic) But not very flimsy or wobbly, along with the strength of a 16" laptop 3) Great for added protection for the top of the laptop - I got a few drops of water on it and the closed lid was shielded 4) Great for added protection for the Bottom of the laptop - I can easily wipe and leave when using it outside for hygiene and it doesn't block the ventilation area on the back 5) Keyboard - Provides the coverage I want to keep the keyboard dust free and easy to use with a Disinfect cloth. Be careful when using alcohol. It's plastic and it's printed so don't overdo it, I've had it in the past, you'll wipe the paint off with too much alcohol based cleaner. For those who had a plastic case, depending on how you take care of it. and the durability you need will work for you. My last one, I had the plastic one, I spent about $20 and it lasted about 2+ years and it was for a 2013 Mac Book Pro, I just got a 16" 2019 this year. My old case, that I only disposed of it after the top cover accidentally cracked Don't be completely intimidated by quality issues, always remember you get what you pay for but even if you can get an affordable case like this and your computer will run normally/ use normally you will be fine.If you need a durable, durable look that suits your use.if this product is for you!God bless!
