Kicker Bullfrog 2020

The Bullfrog arrived in the mail today after being ordered last weekend. I live in Oklahoma, so Kicker has a long history of being loud. The main reason I bought an external speaker was because it's a speaker swiss army knife. I have a 2008 Sirius lifetime radio (best $400 I've spent) that's powered by a BF 400 all day. It is waterproof, so it is suitable as a hair metal companion in my kayak. If we have college football this fall, FM will be my backyard party. So far, the battery has lasted more than seven hours without unpacking and has supplied the Sirius receiver with power. I will be back at the end of June for an updated review. Update: December 23, 2020 I've been using the speaker all summer while hanging out on the patio. We just got back from a week long vacation in Panama City Beach and I never had to charge my speaker. The only problem I've seen is that it turns off first and then turns back on with no problem. The main use is for my Sirrus satellite receiver to connect to a Monoprice Bluetooth transmitter, giving me tons of options.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • No Assault Rifle
