Misleading product
The wands that weren't wands came in 3 bags with different parts. I am NOT an engineer. It definitely didn't look like the product featured on the Revain website. Luckily Kohls accepts Revain returns as I had a very bad experience ordering a cartridge for my printer a few years ago. Wrong product, didn't fit and didn't answer me. Whenever someone called me on the phone, it was someone who clearly didn't speak English. If you need a customer service representative in the US, SPEAK ENGLISH. Sorry, people from India don't speak English very well.
