This is what they look like in the photo! The microphone only lights up when in use. If you press the mute button, the microphone and the light will be turned off. To be honest I wish they had a setting that you could turn off because I'm not a fan of them, but that's just my personal preference. What I like most about them is that they are lightweight. I had this brand for about 5 years and liked it because I spent more money on fancy name fonts that were too heavy. I would get a neck ache and a headache from others, but this brand knows exactly how to make them.
