Fits a bit on the sides of my head. I'm tall, 6'2" with an 8" head circumference. If you have a big head, they won't suit you. They adjust from the back of the head forward rather than side by side. I like that there is no need to worry. I just had eye surgery and a lens was put in one eye so my regular glasses don't work anymore. I had to relearn what to do so I could see. The other eye will be repaired soon. This seems like a great bet.
