Functional, but I didn't find it very practical.
This was highly recommended by my chiropractor as she felt I clenched my jaw a little at night and caused neck problems. Although I really didn't like using it. It was so bulky and really not too flexible in the mouth. I'm sure it's pretty functional but not comfortable at all. a
