My dog hates new things. So i thought it would take him awhile to actually get into it. Nope. As soon a we brought it home, not 20 minutes later, he was in it laying down. He loves it. He really likes the raised edges to rest his head on also. His old bed didn't have that. It's super soft and a great choice for older dogs. It seems durable and looks like it will be easy to take off the cover and wash. Really glad I got this one and my doggy is too.
