This necklace is way better than I expected! I got compliments every time I wore it. The metal feels strong and not flimsy. The necklace is unique; I've never seen this before, but it's so beautiful! The small urn is also made of metal and is well closed with screws. The urn is well protected by a metal case. As a precaution we put some superglue on the threads and a little wire on the back of the lid, although I don't know if these steps were necessary, it's more reassuring to me. The only improvement I'd like to see is the ability to put a small glass bottle in a metal urn. This would offer more protection and also allow the ashes to be transferred to necklaces of different shapes and styles. (There were so many I liked it!) This seller's customer service is very good and much appreciated. I highly recommend both the product and the seller.
