So this thing is great! Overall, this is a great product that's versatile for the most part, but there are many deciding factors as to whether or not each section fits the bill. That being said it comes with a cute bell but it is very cheap not the compass bell shown in the photo but my daughter loved it anyway. I'm not sure what the zip ties are for as this seat came with ZERO assembly instructions and I had to go back to this list to figure out how to assemble it. We can't use the pedals but my daughter just puts her feet on the bar. Great seat for fast driving on a small shell! Pros: Pretty easy to install if you know what you're doing. Pretty to look at - perfect alternative for a child older than bike seat size but too small to keep up with the bike. Travel Cons: - no instructions - not entirely universal (it is clear that there are many types and styles of bikes) - no seat belts
