No pull type gas spring, return requested

One star only because it is a push type gas spring and not a pull type gas spring as advertised, so it doesn't work at all as advertised. a simple error in replacing a part or an error in product listing, which is entirely possible if the item is shipped without product identification or instructions. It's a gas spring and has a sticker on it that says 250 Newtons.
