It's a good product now but we had an almost traumatic experience the first night with our new dog. He freaked out during cage training like puppies do when they're new to their cages. He stretched his head from side to side, trying to get out. He could stick his head through the bars at the top and get stuck - if we hadn't jumped in immediately to free him, he would have suffocated right in the box. We learned to put a lot of heavy things on top of the box so he couldn't put his head in it, but we were totally blown away by how easily he could put his head in it. I'm posting this review so this doesn't happen to anyone!
