Used this heating pad for almost 3 months, changed diaper and heard hissing thought maybe it was just water evaporation or something. But that didn't stop there. He started smelling strange. I looked for the plug where it connects to the heating pad and it was hot, I unplugged it and it looks like it's starting to melt. Glad I was home before the fire broke out. Wouldn't recommend it. In addition, a lot of condensate flowed from the heating pad, which accumulated underneath. I had to keep it on a tray so as not to ruin the furniture.
