Assembly was fine, some parts seemed crooked and misaligned so you need to be careful what you screw in first, some things need to be lined up a certain way while half tightened, to insert other screws/parts . As far as comfort goes, that's fine. However, the large cushion at the front of the seat is a bit uncomfortable. It says it's a high back but it doesn't look like it and it doesn't look like it. I'm 5ft 4" and it reaches my shoulders/top of the spine where it meets my neck. It's probably because it's brand new, so I'll see if it gets any better with a little longer use. It's nothing fancy, like memory foam or anything, but it's a decent chair. The weight feels good, I'm tired of leaning on it as it's a chair of any brand. My weight is around 86kg and I feel supported in that, but again I get nervous if I move too much or add too much weight (like having a child or pet on my lap, a tall person, etc.). is a cheap chair. I also have quite a bit of back/hip pain but this chair seems to be very supportive and relieving it for the time being. I will update this if anything changes.
