Using this mirror for close-up shots of anything was incredibly frustrating. The reason is that this mirror will have a subtle double image with any reflective object like tweezers when you are very close to the mirror. This is extremely annoying and makes detailed work like plucking difficult because you can't see the tool properly. I almost have a headache. This mirror is good for long distances like looking at your hair but I would never buy it if it didn't do all sorts of tasks.
