Overall these are great headphones! The sound quality is great, the battery life is amazing and it meets most of my expectations. The reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because the sight of these headphones advertises 360 degree audio. That's true, but there's a catch. In addition to downloading the Sony app, to use 360 Audio you must download another app to enable this feature. Normally I would say "OK, no problem." BUT the catch is that you have to pay a monthly fee in the app to access the music for the 360 effect. I checked the apps and they are not high quality apps. I already use Google Music so it would be nice if you could access this feature automatically considering I have 200.00 to shell out right now. Another feature I'm not happy with is Bluetooth. Using the Bluetooth function to communicate with people is not very convenient. I've had complaints from people that it's too static. usually because I'm driving or walking. If you're talking at home while there's no other activity going on, it works great. Apart from these two shortcomings, I am very satisfied with the product and will continue to use it. It sits very well in the ears. Never had a problem with them falling out. Hope this review helps.
