0-2 and no troubleshooting guide or contact to help

I bought one and it won't charge and the auto release doesn't work all the time. I looked for a way to contact the company and found nothing. YouTube did exactly what the video said in vain. So I replaced it with the same style. Guess what? The same thing happened. There is no charge or release. Now I am sending it back and I am NOT getting the same one.
