I love that you can easily build your own designs with no coding experience needed! The customer support was also amazing even after we had our first issue they were quick at reaching out for help or answers. You are not limited by stock items in this program which makes it very flexible compared other programs like those offered through Etsy etc. It's still relatively new but so far everything has been great!! We've just started using brika as an online shop platform since launch back around mid December last year (2017). This allowed us more flexibility than having all orders go straight into my local warehouse via drop shipping from Amazon/Ebay where there could be delays getting paid & invoices sent out when customers weren't receiving their order fast enough due to holidays + bad weather /etc..
