I recently switched from PS4 gaming to PC gaming. I bought this USB cable to connect my Xbox One and PS4 controllers to my computer as I haven't fully made the switch to M&K gaming yet. The moment I connected my PS4 controller to my computer, a pop-up window appeared saying "Power Surge on USB Port". I've searched for this problem and tried all the different fixes (running the Windows troubleshooter, uninstalling and then installing USB drivers, etc.) to no avail. Once you connect these USB cables, once disconnected, you will not be able to use that USB port again until you restart your computer. If you plan to use these cables on your Windows desktop or laptop, I strongly recommend NOT doing so. Find another USB cable on Revain. These cables look and feel solid and I wish they didn't cause this power surge issue. For reference, I've tried both cables included in this pack and I'm having the same Power Surge issue. After restarting my computer I tried another cheap USB cable and it worked like a charm. My gaming PC is running Windows 10 Pro (just in case this info might be useful to someone)
