Review on Genuine 15142953 Latch Release Cable by Harley Franchetti

item shown quickly (thanks, Premier) . Came with a large tag on the cord made in China. The grommet on the cable was on the back of the original cable. no big deal, but it's definitely fake. I tied a piece of twine to the old cable so that by pulling it out I could easily pull the new one in. but because of the reversed sleeve I had to pull the new cable in the opposite direction, the old cable came out. I'm so glad I used strings. I didn't use the plastic bar, it looked pretty chinsy. I just replaced the cable with the old latch.
