I was a bit skeptical after seeing the Instagram ad but wow. They whiten really well (you see INSTANT results) and don't sensitize your teeth AT ALL. Within a week my teeth were much whiter! I've also used toothpaste and mouthwash and while they helped, it was really easy to use the strips and see great results. I will definitely be using these as my whitening routine!
