I would say this flat iron is ok. It comes in a box with a black felt mat that can be used to lay down or wrap up after use. The iron itself is connected to the network and only has an on/off button. It starts heating up right away, but unfortunately you can't regulate the heat level, so the longer it's on, the hotter it gets. It does the job of straightening small sections, but it's a little difficult to curl your hair with it. In addition, the outside handle begins to heat up above a certain temperature.
