Pre-shrink when used with masks
Item arrived on time. I've learned from other purchases of twill tape that it shrinks when hot dried. I cut two 18" pieces of this tape. After rinsing in cold water and drying on a hot setting, it came out about 16" each. I make 20 masks a week for the local hospital, so I count, cut as many , as I need, and sit down beforehand, it's not that hard to unravel it afterwards.
