I liked that they had an extensive knowledge base of their systems capabilities as well as having multiple experts available for support via phone or email to help with any issues we might have when using them in our organization! There were some things about it which was confusing at first but once you get used to how it works its easy peasy :) We use this service primarily because there are no other options out there within my school district (which isn't very large) so being able to access cloud-based applications has been extremely beneficial both personally & professionally. I have been working with Mainline for over 10 years now as an employee and as a consultant. They are always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. The staff there are very knowledgeable and helpful. There's nothing that I can say about this company that I don't like. They are definitely worth your time and money. We are solving problems in our organization by using their cloud-based solution.
