I've bought so many leggings that don't hold up while running. They have a power mesh that seems to keep them from slipping if I hit the pavement. I like these leggings very much. They're a little thicker than most leggings I've bought and I love the extra tightness they provide. I will most likely buy a few more pairs but in different colors. I deal with them too. super soft In the warm season I would not walk in it. I think they will be too warm for that. For reference, I'm 5ft 9in, 150lbs and bought a medium size.
