The ability to scale out very quickly without much management overhead or downtime is amazing! We realized this by taking advantage with their new product called as "Fusion". Their support team are also excellent - always available for help whenever we need it most! 1) Very good API integrations2). Highly scalable3.) Cost effective4.). Easy deployment5.), Best Support Team (support tickets / ticket updates etc., availability at all times6), Excellent documentation7 & 8 ). No major issues found so far9.. I like that it is an easy to use tool for troubleshooting issues with our servers/applications when we have users out or busy doing other things. It's also very simple from one server administrator who does not know how many computers there are to another person managing multiple locations without having access at all times (or being able to do so remotely). We would prefer if they had more user friendly features such as better monitoring tools but otherwise this has been good!
