I bought this little BJJ mouthpiece because I was tired of the bulky and uncomfortable budget mouthpieces. It took a few minutes to form and fits snugly on the top row of teeth. This works better than the rest as the mouthpiece sits flush with the top of the teeth; It is fairly uniform in size, so it does not cause discomfort in the gums.
