Review on XINYITUO Portable Conditioner Exhaust Diameter by Ricky Snyder

So my new Midea air conditioner was damaged in transit and the window kit did not arrive. I called Midea and they said they don't sell the kit? Unbelievable. They said to return the entire air conditioner. So I decided to search for something that might work and there are so many listed I thought it wouldn't work. A variant of the 6" channel had only a 5.5" hole. Most of the kits had such bad reviews that I just couldn't risk it. So I tried this one because it had a 6" hole that fit right into the hose I already had. It wouldn't fit the patented window vent design that Midea offers, but Midea didn't offer me the option to purchase the hose. Part. This listing says vertical but I used horizontal and it was too long but I knew it might be b/c it requires all three panels. I used a rotary tool with a cutting wheel to trim (cut ") to fit the window and used a flat metal file to clean up the edges. It works great. The three panels designed make it possible me to fit every window in the house. It's very thick PVC plastic so very strong. The duct vent ring is exactly 6" in diameter and I glued it to a Midea tube I had.
