Broken bench Best in Furniture

One of the benches was broken. The middle leg wasn't straight. I tried contacting Revain for help finding a replacement manufacturer but the response was "Google Office Star". Amazing customer service! When it's not obvious, I'm ironic. A trillion dollar company doesn't have the contact information of their vendors and suppliers in their database? So I finally found the supplier's website and sent an email but it's been 2 weeks with no response. Hope someone from the office star sees this and sends a substitute bench.
