Super bright, but not for small dogs
It has 3 settings and is very bright and can also be seen in daylight. It fits my dog well, a good amount can be adjusted. It is only suitable for medium to XXL dogs. The smallest dog it's likely to suit could be a beagle or anything over 30 pounds with a large neck. But will easily fit a dog over 50 pounds.
