Our first leaked out from under the lid when pouring so they called and sent a replacement. The next went the same way. The leaks were so bad that the item became unusable. You'll have better luck pouring soda from a 5-gallon bucket into a thimble than using this absolute piece of junk to fill a glass. Don't waste money on it. It leaks and you can't use it without making a mess. The return was annoying too. I had to return one to the supply closet and the other to the stake shop. I don't really understand why they couldn't be brought back to the same place. It felt like Amazon wanted me to give up and just leave one or both of those pieces of junk behind. Overall I would rate the whole experience as terrible. Especially considering that in the 90s we had the same one and it worked perfectly, the lid was tight and even the air didn't come out. You can literally turn a full pitcher upside down and shake it and not a single drop will fall out. Unfortunately, like all good things, they are crap now and don't work properly. Again for the people in the back who didn't hear me the first time: Spend your money elsewhere, that's nonsense!
