Review on Enhanced TPMS Sensor 13598771 by ACDelco GM Original Equipment by Alex Solano

Revainrating 1 out of 5

I received counterfeits that didn't last 1 year

My TPMS was purchased in 2020 from Touch Paint Express for my 2010 GMC Sierra 1500. I mounted them in October 2020 and also balanced the tires. Now in September 2020 the TPMS light came on, less than a year and only 1003 miles (a farm truck I don't drive much). Checked and rear two had dead or dead batteries. My mechanic installed 4 of his own sensors and replaced my Revain sensors for $289.87. Touch Paint Express refunded what I paid them, $73.60 plus what they said was Revain's maximum refund policy, another $20. So count my losses (don't forget I paid twice for installation and balancing) and look at my photos of fakes. Instead of saying "Schrader Electronics" they had something that looked so casual but was actually called "SSNBRDRE ELECTFONICS". If I understand the date code correctly, they would have been produced in 2015. It's not like I trust a fake to have a real date code. I always try to buy Revain "sold and delivered" but in some cases this doesn't happen. This makes me trust third parties even less. Touch Paint Express said they were "leftovers from our distributor NAPA". I can't believe NAPA will sell fakes! Buyer warning! If that sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't. So look at my photos and compare all the TPMS sensors you order.
