Review on Revlon Cordless Beauty Mirror with Illuminating LED by April Bailey

Revlon Illuminated Mirror

The Revlon Illuminated Mirror has a 5x magnification. I know there are mirrors that have even more, but trust me, 5x is scary enough! The base of the mirror has small rubber ribs to keep it from moving on a table or vanity. I don't like that the mirror only adjusts back and forth, not side to side. And if you want to switch between zoom and normal view, you have to lift and rotate the mirror. In my opinion, this is one of the biggest disadvantages. The mirror is quite short and has no height adjustment. So if you're tall, you'll have to bend over it. Most of the mirror is made of plastic. The base is weighted so it's less likely to fall off, but I don't like the soft white material on the base. It's almost sticky plastic and hard to clean. I just noticed that there are some eyebrow hairs stuck to it that I can't shake off. The LED lighting is very bright, but only turns on and off. You cannot adjust the brightness. I like that the mirror charges with the included USB cable instead of batteries. It uses a Micro-B cable.
