This is amazing. You can rotate it to expand coverage and increase the distance between the lens and your eyes. I returned the celestron x-cel 5mm piece for $90 because it was 130x and I wanted more. I was afraid it would be poor quality as other 4mm eyepieces are much more expensive. I looked at the Moon and Mars at 172x. I didn't notice anything missing. It felt more comfortable than the X-Cel because I could adjust the eye relief so it popped out farther than the X-Cel. NOTE: This measures 6mm eye relief versus 16mm x Cel. I see no point in buying something twice the price. It comes with a cap for both ends of the eyepiece. Use it on my OneSky telescope. So it's going to be tricky since your glasses won't let you get 6mm closer.
