Better quality control and packaging needed.
I received 60 pieces because I expected to use all the mugs I ordered, but some of them arrived already cracked! I am disappointed in the way my order was processed as I really like the light weight cups and the perfect ounce size for wine - this would have been a 5 star rating had all the glasses been delivered perfect with no cracks.
