I've been drinking Cuisinart coffee all my life. When it came time to furnish my own home, I continued this trend. In my office, however, I had to dodge. I got a new job in September and was surprised that there was no coffee maker. Every day around 1:00 p.m. I would find myself craving my afternoon cuppa. A few stops at a local coffee shop in New York were enough to encourage me to buy one for my workplace. I couldn't afford to spend a lot, so I chose this model over another Cuisinart. I was pleasantly surprised by some of its features, the overall functionality, and the taste of the coffee it brews. The small water filter is a nice touch. The display is compact and simple. It's easy to use and customizable if needed. The pause and serve functions, auto shut off and drink strength will come in handy in the office. Not a big fan of fill range depth, but that's really my only complaint. For the price unbeatable!
