Great cream though.

Nowhere else is a gel as effective as Clear 40 Urea! Works well for mild cases of curled feet, but not very dry or severe cases of dry, cracked feet or calluses. My daughters with special needs develop thick, dry skin on the soles, sides, heels, and toes of their feet. I used to have to soak her feet once a week to wipe off the dead skin and then apply some kind of lotion. Until I found out that urea is great for preventing dead skin buildup, reducing dead skin buildup (over a long period of time) and also helps keep fungi at bay, but it also takes a 40% cream or a gel to accomplish this task. not all work equally well. I've tried many different ones! My main complaint is that urea smells like ammonia and also leaves a slightly sticky film, but the results we're getting make both problems bearable! leaves no sticky film - which leads me to suspect it's not 40% urea, but much less, or in a form that's just plain ineffective. When I try a new urea cream it takes about 3 weeks to see how effective it is - either my daughter's feet are 80% dead skin free or they are starting to build up dead skin and with this product the dead skin is restored. . So now it takes 3 weeks to bring them back to the reduced level. Not sure if I want to try other products as we are getting the results we want with Clear 40 and I love Clear 40 HA 40% Urea Gel. , 1% hyaluronic acid that helps with hydration. We use it 3 times a week after showering and wear socks for a few hours to keep the gel from getting on the floor/carpet.
