This item was complete junk. The top of both sides didn't snap into place, resulting in the piñata being flimsy and flimsy before we even filled it. To make matters worse, the plastic loop at the top that's supposed to act as a "hanger" completely detached before assembly, leaving a large gaping hole right at the top of the piñata. Of course we didn't check it before, so it happened on my son's birthday when we were preparing it for guests. We tried to let the kids use it anyway as we didn't have time to get another piñata but as you can imagine it didn't hold up at all when full and bent quite a bit before it even hung became. So yes, the item itself was rubbish, but what's worse than the product? Salesperson. After this fiasco I messaged and explained the situation / asked for a refund - as I paid an arm and a leg for this piñata only to have it be worthless. I received a reply with a return label attached; Did you want to return the item? So I replied, explaining all the tests again and repeating that I no longer have this item (because it fell apart before using it) so I couldn't return it, but I still felt I should get my money back ($30!) due to the incredibly poor quality of the product and the fact that my son was very disappointed without a piñata on his birthday. I received a response that they can no longer process returns and have closed the case as the item is "USED"! I could not believe their customer's utter, blatant disregard for their legitimate/valid complaint about the sale. I rewrote what has already been said, fairly summarizing, and again asked for my money back. They didn't even reply - they just completely ignored my message. Needless to say I will NEVER do business with this seller again and I will do my best to speak out about their terrible, disgraceful customer service.
