This was purchased for my daughter's project. It arrived quickly. Unfortunately we received two shades of brown of the same shade and did not find the one shade of blue that was supposed to be in the box. I contacted and the same day I received an email apologizing for the mistake and was asked for my address so they could fix it. The replacement came two days later. I assumed it would just be the missing color but it was a complete box replacement. I am far from disappointed and will be contacting the company again for future needs.
