Review on Chef'n Pastrio Set Bench Scraper 🍽️ and Chopper: Stainless Steel & Plastic Utensils, Red by Michael Caldwell

I really wanted one for my small kitchen but couldn't. Because: 1) The three parts are very difficult to separate and put together. If you forget to separate them before you reach the center of the cookie, not only will it be difficult for you, but you will have to wash all 3 pieces as you will discolor them if you take them apart with floured hands. 2) The red peel scraper is too hard and quite unusable. 3) The metal bench is uncomfortable to hold. Also, it feels flimsy, both in terms of blade strength and handle strength compared to the wooden handle I had before. 4) I don't see much point in the middle yellow part other than I had to worry that the metal would be too sharp and scratch my counter. In this case, I'm not sure I want it in my kitchen.
